What are your bibs made out of/printed on?
Most of our bibs are printed on a high quality Tyvek (just a little thicker than other number printers) as to not rip out from the pins or tearing off tear tags. The only products we produce that are not printed on Tyvek are the Mountain Bike numbers (Type M or SM), the Stock Bicycle Frame numbers (Type SF), and our adhesive labels like the Lane Hips (LH), Luggage Tags (LT), Helmet Numbers (SH), and Bar-code Labels.
What is your minimum order?
Stock bibs: Minimum order is 100 and stock bibs are sold in sets of 100, for example 1-100, 101-200 and 201-300. We have 1-1000 on the shelf ready for immediate shipment.
Custom Bibs: Minimum order is 100 bibs, above that you can order whatever number sequence(s) you need.
How long does it take?
Stock bibs: If you are ordering bibs we have on the shelf we can generally ship those out the next business day by the shipping method of you choice.
Custom bibs: Our standard turnaround on custom bibs is 10 business days from approval to ship date.
Shipping time is not included in that 10 days.
Ground shipping can take 1-6 additional business days depending on where we are shipping to.
During the spring and fall sometimes our turnaround does increase to 15 business days.
If you need your order sooner than that a rush charge will be added to your order and your order will automatically ship overnight to allow us maximum processing and print time, if we can fit it into the schedule.
How much are Rush Charges?
10 days or less (subject to work load)

5 days or less (subject to work load)
.....25% of bib price - $25.00 minimum
How do I place an order?
If you need to email in your order, please make sure that it is complete with your name, your phone number, billing and shipping address, date the bibs need to be delivered by, and what you want.
What information do you need from me to place my order?
#1. What date do you need your bibs delivered by? This is the most important bit of information you can provide. It determines if we can do the order and tells me how to schedule the printing of your order and sometimes how to ship your order.
#2. Billing and Shipping Address. If you are shipping to a third party then provide the phone number for the shipping address for the FedEx shipping label.
#3. What shipping method you prefer. (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, International Economy, International Priority)
#4. Do you need to order safety pins with your order and would you prefer 2 or 4 pins per bib?
#5. Payment. How do you prefer to handle payment of the order?
#6. What type of bib do you want to order? Type T has a tag, Type N has no tag, Type O are large Olympian bibs and there are stock versions of those as well.
#7 If you are ordering a custom bib, please explain what you want printed on the bibs above and below the numeral and if there is a specific order things should be in.
#8. What number sequence(s) do you want to receive?
#9. What color(s) do you want for the numerals, the copy and the bib?
#11. If you are ordering a bib with a tear tag, please indicate which one of our standard tags you want to use. If you are designing your own, then please indicate that as well and include it with your art.
#12. Your daytime contact information.
Your website only allows me to order 1-500 and I want 7001-7500. Can I still order online?
Yes, just select the 1-500 in the drop down menu to select the correct pricing structure and in the special instructions part of the order write that you would like your number sequence to be 7001-7500. Due to the infinate amount of numeral sequences we can't put them all in so we chose to do it this way. If you are not comfortable with this method or if you have an order that just will not fit into the options on this web store please feel free to call in your order during business hours.
Can I see a proof of my bib before it goes to print?
If we are printing a custom bib for you we will always send a proof if you order online.
If you order via the phone and you are ordering the exact same bib as last year then we don't send proofs unless requested.
PROOFS ARE ONLY SENT ONCE WE HAVE AN ORDER IN HAND TO PROOF.
How do I get you art for my online order?
You will get an order number when you complete your order. If you indicated in the email your order number I will know which order it goes with.

How do I send names to be printed on a bib?
How do I get the Non-Profit discount?
If I am ordering bibs for a non profit and they are paying me back, can I still get the non-profit discount?
No, the 10% discount is extended only to non-profit organizations and the invoice must be paid by them to get the discount.
This is our way of supporting all non-profit organizations that we do business with.
Do you supply free race numbers for events in trade for being recognized as a sponsor?
No, we would not be able to operated and pay the bills if we supplied races with free race numbers, but if you are a 501(c)3 non-profit we do offer a 10% discount on all race numbers.
Can you email my invoice?
Yes, this is our preferred method.
How do I pay for this?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
Checks or Money Orders as long as they are received by the ship date of your order.
Purchase orders if approved and a complete credit application has been received and signed.
Can I pay online?
Yes. If you order from our web store you will have to pay with a credit card to complete the order.
If you are ordering over the phone, I can email you an invoice that allows you to pay online with a credit card.
