| Flood Coating |
Flood coating is the process of completely coloring the front side of the (normally white) bibs. It is a great way to separate different groups within the same event.
The cost is just $.025 per bib.
There is a $3.00 setup charge for each color with less than 200 bibs on multiple color orders.
For non-standard colors, there is an additional $22.50 setup charge.

Another option for coding your bibs is to use different colors for the printed copy and/or numerals on different sequences in your number series. Add $19.00 for each copy and/or number color change.

These are characters that are added before or after the numeral. They are used to distinguish between groups of participants. Add $5.00 per character. |

| Back Copy |
You can have medical information, maps, additional sponsors, or almost anything you like printed on the back of your bibs. There is a $.025 per bib for camera ready copy.
There is a typesetting charge of $22.50 for any back copy that we have to typeset. |
Special
Tear Tags |
If our list of standard tags doesn't meet your requirements, we can use a tear tag of your design. We can also do your special Top Tags (tear tags on the top of your bib) if your event requires them. For layout and/or typesetting of special tags there is a one time charge of $15.00 (no charge for exact repeats of a previously used tag). For top tags, there is also a $15.00 setup charge and $.015 per bib for one tag or a $22.50 setup fee and $.028 per bib for two top tags. |
| Relay Races |
For relay races there are several options to distinguish the team from the participant number. If you have questions on these, please call. We would be happy to work with you to get the number layout you want.
· Use different colors for team and participant numbers.
· Use 2-3/4" high numerals for the team and 3-1/4" high numerals for the participant (or vice versa).
· Use alpha characters for either team or participant.
· Combine different colors with either alpha characters or different numeral sizes.
Due to the wide variations in relay numbers and the options available, it is difficult to give general prices without knowing the specifics of the job. Please call and discuss your needs with us. We will gladly give you a quote once we know what you need.
Relay Numbering is $.03 per bib with a $15.00 setup fee. |
| Logo Usage |
There is a setup charge for each logo used. For multiple color logos add one logo charge for each color separation. You get one free logo setup with every 1000 bibs on a layout. There are no logo charges on exact repeats of previous orders.
Please note that the quality of the final product is determined by the quality of the material we have to work with. The original logo should be of good quality and the same size or larger than it will appear on the bib. Enlarging logos will reduce their quality. If you have any questions on logo usage, please call to discuss them with us.

Extra
Renumbers |
Prices for bibs with tear tags include one renumber (number matching bib number) on the tear tag. If you choose a tag type with two or more renumbers, or if your top tag has a renumber, there will be an additional charge of $15.00 per extra renumber. |
Collating &
Gathering |
For relays and other special situations, we produce the bibs using the most efficient printing sequences. This may at times put the bibs in an order different from what you need. If you require your bibs in a certain sequence, please indicate this when ordering. If you're unsure, please call and discuss your needs with us. If collating is required, the charges are $15.00 setup and $1.00 per 100 bibs. |
Non-Sequential
Numbers |
If you have a need for numbers that are not sequential (ex. 1-120, 135-280, 310-375, etc.) add $2.00 for each break in sequence. There is no charge for just one break in an order or breaks at even 100's. If you have questions, please call. |
Custom
Bib Sizes |
If your event requires a bib size that doesn't fit anything in this catalog, please call and discuss your needs with us. Our printing processes allow us to easily do custom sizes with little additional cost. |
Rush
Charges |
Our standard production time for custom bibs is a minimum of 15 working days. When ordering, please remember to add on shipping time when calculating your date needed. Please call if you have questions. For custom bib orders we receive with less than 15 working days to ship, the following rush charges will apply:
Less than 15 days
..... 10% of bib price - $15.00 minimum
10 days or less (subject to work load)
.....20% of bib price - $20.00 minimum
5 days or less (subject to work load)
.....25% of bib price - $25.00 minimum

Non Profit
Discount |
We offer a 10% discount on race numbers to all non-profit organizations. Discount is only for non-profit 501(c)3 organizations. Invoice must be paid by the non-profit organization. |

The first two proofs for any custom order are free. Each proof after that is $5.00 per proof. |
